There is no signage or information in the rooms . On second night stay we requested the water provided in the mini fridge replaced - they stated only the water was free for first night - not second night - the additional charge was 2$ a bottle additional.

I enjoyed my stay here at the AC hotel! My friend, sister and I booked this hotel last min for a girl's trip. We didn't really realize that it served more business travelers but that was ok because we had the pool to ourselves! Lol Shout out to Joshua for taking care of us! We took lots of pictures around the hotel and we loved going downstairs to the food court that looks like food trucks, as well as, checking out the other shops/restaurant connected to the hotel. Food and drinks were soo good! Everything was all in one place! We didnt have to go far for anything. Security was 24/7 which we loved and they were super aware of what's happening on the premises. If you are looking for a place that is kid friendly I would not recommend. It's more for adults only type of vibe. Staff was super nice and hospitable. Housekeeping also made sure everything was super clean and smelled sooo good! I hope to return again!

Perfect SJO stay!
Perfect for a stay close to SJO. Everything is close by including rental car locations, Starbucks, food trucks and other shopping. Rooms are spacious, well designed and in great condition. Underground parking was also very convenient. Highly recommended.

A few flaws
The hotel is quite nice with a great lo ation near the airport. The bed was super omfortable and staff friendly. However, the walls seemed thin as I could hear every door shout along the corridor and there was contant banging next door. No shelf for toiletries in the shower.9
