We had a nice stay at X Alp. The property is very new, our room was big and spacious; it's a small hotel hence the facilities are somehow small (e.g. wellness) but this was not a problem. Food was great and we upgraded to half board. The service was good but of varying quality both at the front office and room cleaning. The hotel caters more to young couples vs. families with kids - a safe bike room bike cleaning facility if you ride your bicycle.

The X Alp Hotel in the Dolomites was the last stop of our driving tour of Central and Northern Italy. During our stay we realized we had saved the best for last. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a breathtaking location with a spectacular view of the Dolomites from every side. What also made this our best stay was the absolutely amazing staff. Elisa in reception shared great recommendations on where to go hiking locally, that were very scenic. Additionally the service that Roberto provided in the restaurant was the absolute best service we experienced in all of Italy. Every meal we ordered was beautifully presented, authentic and simply delicious. We were so impressed that we didn’t want to eat anywhere else during our stay. In summary the location, the friendly staff and exceptional service, the delicious food and clean comfortable spacious rooms make it very easy for us to highly recommend this hotel and give it a 10/10.

A dream location with lots to do! Easy access to the lift, bike path, and nearby restaurants. We loved the staff, especially Claudio and Roberto in the Bistrot. They made our mornings wonderful and the breakfast was the best breakfast of our almost three week trip! The room was clean and the housekeepers were responsible and kind.

It is a wonderful hotel with amazing views and accommodating staff. I am a wheelchair user who stayed at the suite (the only wheelchair-accessible option at the hotel). The suite is very spacious but not fully accessible. The shower is very small and hard to transfer into from a wheelchair. The sinks aren’t floating, so I couldn’t roll under them; it was very challenging to use. The balconies aren’t accessible as well. Other than that, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my nondisabled friends!

Excellent accommodation with very clean rooms and amenities. Great staff that were very kind and helpful. Amazing views and lots to do. The only downside was lack of dining options that were open nearby. They indicated they were open online but were actually closed. Would definitely return.
