I love it just I had to go to front twice because the key didn't work. Demagnetize for some reason. Since it was cold, going to the front was an inconvenience

This hotel was noisy because of the airplanes flying right by, the pillows are too hard and hurt our necks so we could not sleep comfortably and when we finally fell asleep we were woken up by knocking at 9:15 because the maids were checking if we were out even though check out was at noon and we were wanting to finally get some sleep.

The bay view was great, even with the noise from the airport that my balcony overlooked. However, the room above me had a floor that squeaked every time the resident walked around which was more disconcerting than the airplanes. Perhaps the ear plugs they left on the nightstand were meant for the noisy ceiling and not the airport. Also, the shuttle schedule was a bare minimum with once an hour service with a 3 hour break in the middle of the day. That was challenging. Overall, this property did the job, but was average in its offerings.
