Very nice hotel.I liked the little kitchen.A really good refrigerator, microwave , stove etc… It would be good place to stay.If your going to be staying a while.The view and area the hotel are beautiful.Nice walking trail.Only down side is finding a place to eat nearby.There a few very small restaurants nearby within walking distance.One very nice Mexican restaurant.One nice think they have is a laundry room.With a washer and dryer.But make sure you have plenty of quarters for the machines.

We were very disappointed we had to wait over 48 minutes at the airport the shuttle didn’t come and pick us up. We Called the hotel many times from the airport to be picked up from the airport. Very rude staff at the front desk Bad customer service front desk staff very very rude. We told the manager about it didn’t the manager didn’t cares.. Very disappointed.😞😞😞😞

Average 3-star hotel. OK location to sleep over. Not all staff members are friendly (better training meeded?). For a deluxe room we rented, not to leave a bottle of water in the room? Really?! $15/night parking fee.

The family suite is a great set up for travelling with another couple or with adult children. The hotel is clean and fairly new. The location is close to the airport but quite isolated from restaurants or shopping or anything of interest. They do included free breakfast and airport shuttle service.

I stayed for a week. I was within walking distance of the SFBI, where I was enrolled to bake. The location of this hotel was perfect. A safe walk each way to the course was easy. I also like that the hotel borders the SF bay and a trail access for walking and running was perfect. The restaurant scene nearby was adequate but for fine dining experience, access to the BART to head downtown SF is convenient. I did not have to rent a vehicle as personal transportation was not needed. There is a free Airport shuttle which caps off a great stay.
