The property was misleading in the advertisement. There was no air conditioning. The room we had had a strong bleach smell. The showers were dirty. The onsite parking was misleading and they charged a fee. The management team made very poor efforts to address my concerns and tried to only offer a room change at 930 at night. I will never book here again

My daughter and I went for a concert and made a weekend out of it. The first night I was noisy. The second night was so much better. The room and facilities were nice. We enjoyed the heated pool.

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. However, the housekeeping was the worst that I have seen in a while. They came into my room both days of my stay and "moved things around" but never made the bed, restocked towels, changed the sheets/pillowcases. Instead, my marijuana was missing, trash was moved from the table into the bag that my husbands food (uneaten) was in, and they threw my shoe boxes away. Every piece of crumb and trash that was on the carpet throughout the hotel and elevators from my first night, was there on my last night. The maintenance and upkeep of the property was horrible and it really gave "motel" instead of hotel.

Very close to Bart train which takes you to SFO airport a 2-3 block walk. Very noisy guests next door, from 7pm-2am even after calling front desk. Very close to the hop on hop off bus stop number 7 which is on McAllister and Polk near city hall and the Asian museum. Rooms very very clean, pool was full of tree residue but very warm considering how cold and windy it is there. Complimentary light snacks and coffee were fresh. Hotel is in tenderloin area with lots of homeless but I still felt safe. Staff gave great service and advice of things to do in area

I did not like how difficult parking was. Everyone had to park the car away from the hotel because the hotel did not have customer parking and the closest park to me was $60 per person and I ended up staying somewhere else that was $40 a night but it was about 10 minutes away therefore it was very inconvenient

Factor in the property has been around for some time and the property location is in the middle of a big city. There are transients near but that's expected. No issues with them on the property. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable and front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. We did not use the pool or gym but was very clean from the looks of it. Cons: no refrigerator or microwave.
