San Francisco - Lovely 3 Bedroom Home with Garage

Quiet and safe neighborhood in the Oceanview District. Direct access to Muni. The M-Car can take guests all the way to the Downtown Shopping District. And just a few minutes away from the Stonestown Galleria; it has Wholefoods Market, Trader Joe’s, and a LARGE shopping mall. Not to mention... a couple minutes walk from H-Mart, a Korean Supermarket with a variety of Asian foods.

The space
The whole second floor contains a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 contains a queen-size bed with a personal bathroom and closet.
Bedroom 2 contains a queen-size bed with a built-in closet.
Bedroom 3 contains a queen-size bed with a built-in closet.

The living has a 55' Hisense TV with Hulu and Roku Live. There are 2 couches, a navy and a black one.

The dining room and kitchen are surprisingly spacious. The kitchen has everything you need: pots, pans, eating utensils, plates, bowls, and cups. The kitchen is also equipped with a stove, coffee maker, coffee grinder, microwave, toaster, and toaster oven.

The garage has enough space for a medium-sized car. Inside the garage is where the washer and dryer are; laundry detergent is included!

Guest access

Guest will have full and private access to the second floor and garage during their stay. The backyard and part of the first floor will be off limit to guests.

My family and I will be living on the first floor with our private entrance. There will be zero interaction between my family and the guests throughout their whole stay.

I will be available to guests for any questions or concerns. If an issue does arise, please do not hesitate to message me.

Great place to stay to visit SF
We stayed here Monday through Friday. It was a very convenient location to catch the public transportation (muni), which we used most of the days. The house is very clean and well laid out. We had a rental car (GMC Acadia) that we only used on the days that we traveled across the bridges. All other days we used the Muni to go into the city and to fisherman‘s wharf.

Awesome place
It’s just as described! Everything you need for a weekend getaway or even longer. Just a block and a half from the nearest Muni stop so easy access to anywhere. Entrance to garage is a tight fit but roomy once you’re in. Highly recommend!

lovely house in great, safe, and easy access to downtown SF
Owner kindly let us unpack early because we were nervous about driving in the city with our big car. Took the M line every day and it was easy. Very comfortable stay. He needs to update the listing because fold out couch bed is not available. Would have been nice to have that extra bed. Owner did let us know quickly about the issue before we confirmed so we chose to have my teenage son just sleep on the couch.

The property has an old house charm but with all modern amenities. Owner has very thoughtfully setup the house for anyone renting it out. House is on a quite street but still close enough to main main city area.

The house was in an excellent location to SFSU, safe and quiet. Convenience stores, gas and restaurants nearby. House had all the amenities to make your stay that much more convenient. Fully appointed kitchen with dishes, toaster, coffee make, microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator/freezer, and more! Excellent place to stay!

Easy access to San Francisco by tram in this quiet off the beaten path neighborhood. House was perfect for our family with five adults. Restaurants and shops a few tram stops away or just a few blocks walking.

Highly recommend!!
I booked Xingcai's place for a stay with my family and we had the most wonderful time. The vrbo was super clean, had everything we needed and is in a safe and accessible neighborhood. Xingcai and his family were incredibly warm and accommodating of all our requests during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here when in SF.

One of the best equipped and cleanest house we ever rented!
We did a round trip on the west coast and have rented several houses. Clearly this was the best experience we had in renting houses for years. House was extremly clean and perfectly equipped. Everything was exactly as shown on the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and safe so that we could sleep well at night. Communication with the owner was easy and he responded on everything within minutes. Therefor honest 5/5 star rating.
