Nice hotel, area around is a bit rough but doable...air con in the hotel is under repair so the had temporary aircon units in the room...they work, are a bit noisy and you have to turn it off to run a hair dryer or boil water.lol. Look overall we enjoyed the stay.

I enjoyed our stay, the room, the view from the 4th floor, and the continental breakfast. I was surprised by the additional fees - $20 for amenities and $30 for parking- I did not like that. I prefer to know how much I’m spending when I book.

Pleasant stay Stayed here before, now under new ownership and it’s better. My room was not ready when I arrived at 6pm, was worried I would be moved to another hotel. After some calls, I was given a room, maybe an upgrade but got 2 beds instead of a queen. Room was probably bigger, so was ok. Coffee downstairs was strong and breakfast was above average for being continental style. I would stay again, area is typical of downtown sf, but did notice more security around hotels now. I stayed here for convenience, and was familiar with the area and the homeless and drug problems the city deals with. Will stay again

Hotel fiona was a nice surprise as to how nice the hotel was and how friendly the staff are, i wasnt expecting much due to the area (pretty close to the Tenderloin District but this hotel has 24 hr security and all the staff are very friendly and helpful, i even got a free upgrade as my room wasnt ready even though i arrived very early (4hrs before check-in). Even with its proximity to the Tenderloin i only seen a few undesirables in proximity to the hotel. The City is trying to clean up the area and there is alot of police presence around, plus there is a federal building a few buildings up and federal police are present in the area aswell as city police. I would definitely stay at hotel fiona again. I didnt feel threatened at any point in the area. Thankyou hotel fiona, my stay was amazing!!!

Cute botique hotel. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Very convenient to transportation. Rooms right in 7th Street are noisy due to traffic. Maid service was missed one day on my stay.

The staff are very helpful. Erika at reception is always smiling and welcoming, providing us with useful informations and making our stay comfortable. Access to the swimming is a bonus. The room is spacious and comfortable with A/C.
