Nice friendly staff offering very good service. Dining room area was somewhat cramped for sitting options; food variety could be expanded also. Hot water was not available in our room...only warmish. Wifi reception on top floor in a corner room was spotty at times.

Great budget hotel. Big well equipped rooms which has fridge, microwave and coffee maker (no kettle if you drink tea) but can use microwave to heat water. Large king size very comfy bed with clean linen. Bathroom and shower good with quality toiletries provided. We had no problems with sink water flow/pressure that had been mentioned in several reviews. Didn’t get chance for breakfast as starts at 6:30am and we had to heave for the airport quite early. Our only complaint was the free airport shuttle. The day we arrived apparently they had problems with a bus breakdown which was not advised to us despite ringing the hotel twice to see where the transport was. We got to the pick up area at 5:45 so should have been picked up at 6:24pm. The bus didn’t arrive and after calling the hotel we kept being told that it would be 15 mins as held up. Others waiting for the shuttle also called and had same info given to them. It actual turned up at 7.20pm. The shuttle then made several hotel stops and decided to pick up 14 guests from sky apartments which the driver should have picked up on his return airport journey, so by the time they were loaded with all luggage it was well after 8pm when we got to hotel. Not impressed or very happy. Had we been told about the breakdown we would have used uber or lyft, instead of kept being told it was nearly with us! In light of the experience with the shuttle we took a lyft to the airport in the morning as didn’t want a repeat of the night before

Clean, quiet little place near the airport. Front desk called the morning of my reservation to confirm and was so friendly. Said there was no issue with arriving late in the evening. Hotel is older but impressively clean and my room was a generous size. Slept well and ready for my flight the next morning. They do offer a shuttle, but I took a quick Uber. Great stop for travelers!

Easy to find airport shuttle. Nice service back to the airport as well. Overall, a decent hotel to stay for a night. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable (most important), average breakfast, eggs but no bacon or sausage. Front desk staff was very professional. Would stay here again pre-cruise - price is right.
