Better Than Expected

I made the reservation, but my husband arrived at the hotel early so he could pick me up at the airport. I phoned the front desk before my trip to make sure they would allow him to check in, and it was no problem. The front desk staff helped my husband communicate with the airport shuttle driver so they knew which terminal I was waiting at, and the pick-up went very well. The only drawback is the small breakfast area had no seating for us, so we ate in our room. Otherwise, this is a small, family owned property that tries harder and gives stellar service.

Shuttle comes once an hour. Breakfast is at 6:30-930. So if you have an early flight, you miss it. No tea bags in room. Check in and out was easy. Staff friendly. Parking overnight in garage seemed safe.

Very nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Very convenient to airport! Not close to a lot of the tourist attractions, but we weren’t looking for that. Breakfast was just okay.

Nice and clean hotel, close to the airport. Lots of free parking spots. Free shuttle bus to the airport in specific times. The only thing that “bothered” us was not that many tables and chairs at the breakfast room, so in one moment you have to wait for free table.

The property was refurbished about 2 years ago and it is delightful. Clean and spacious. The rooms are huge and well appointed. The staff is helpful and kind. The breakfast was the typical complimentary breakfast with precooked eggs and a waffle machine. It's a great location. Literally 10 minutes to pick up someone at SFO and 35 to the Wharf or Mission District. Free parking included. You get a great deal for the price.

Good place to stay

Staff was friendly. Hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Has a continental breakfast and airport shuttle very convenient.
