The shuttle for the hotel to the airport never picked us up!! We had to take a Lyft. The only reason why I paid for a full day at this hotel is so I could use the shuttle to take my family to the airport and we only stayed there for maybe 5-6 hours to rest before we left and I paid full price for a one night stay. I only did this was for the shuttle that never picked us up.

We had a change of plans so just used the room to hold our luggage and freshen up. The staff was super helpful, the shuttle was very convenient. The beds seemed comfortable…we would definitely book again.

The front desk was knowledgeable about restaurants in the area. and gave recommendations of places to try. We loved that there was a shuttle to take us to the the airport. The room smelled of urine. We did inform the front desk but when he came he said he could not smell because of having a cold, so he sprayed Febreze and left.
