Convenience of proximity to SFO and dinning.
We arrived late in the day and we missed the first entrance to parking. Since we had to park before checkin in it was awkward orientation of the checkin process.Accomodations and simplicity of decor approved. The shutters were an excellent idea.

Older property, great staff, we had a very large accessible room that was located right next to elevator & breakfast area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant just across the street was very good. (Mexican)

This is a very nice hotel, very close to the airport. The shuttle to the airport was on time. The staff was wonderful. Our only negative was loud neighbors that talked and laughed almost all night. The front desk came up and warned them to be quiet twice but they would not be quiet. They should have been removed from the hotel.

The hotel is newly remodeled and the staff is great. Only issue I had is the shuttle bus doesn't run between noon and 3pm to do pickups and drop offs to airport.
