Dirty, curtains are filthy, room wasn't prepped because an underwear that had skid marks on a hangar was left behind. Ironing board had stains on it. Service staff were friendly that met us in the room, also the restaurant staff were friendly. Front desk...hmmm, scripted. They did move us to a different room which was better. Everything was very inconvenient because we just landed and we're very tired. We barely got any sleep because of the inconvenience. Expected better from a hotel that has a well known name with a status attached to it. Hotel is outdated. Needs renovation.

Th eproperty is old, tap in bathroom constantly ran, had difficulty with the shower tap that spun freely and in both directions making it difficult to determine hot water and cold water. Adults can work it out, but small children created a slight concern. The shuttle service will no cost which was an added bonus, did not come for an hour after we existed the airport. May have been much quicker to catch un Uber.
