The staff was very friendly, you’ll need to ask for things like irons, hair driers, and towels. We weren’t there a lot but the surrounding area is a bit sketchy so do not leave things in your car even with private parking.

No complaints.
Have stayed here more than once over the last decade. Never had any sort of bad experience. Clean and well maintained. All rooms are only accessible by way of an elevator that will only function by you using an active room card key, so unless someone squeezes their way in while door is open, mostly impossible to even get where rooms are located. For price and location, would definitely recommend, and stay again.

Pay more and stay elsewhere!
Our van was vanadaized right before we headed to our hotel. We asked for either late check out or a place to store our luggage, so that we could go to Alcatraz before we left the city. They wouldn't offer either, we ended up having to pay for another night just so that our belongings would be safe. Also, this is a VERY UNSAFE area. We were able to see drug deals happen on the street below us. It was very loud lots of sirens till early in the morning.

It's a good hotel with friendly staff and pretty clean rooms. The only issue is the area with lots of homeless people. But staff is aware of it and try to ensure your safety and calmness. There is not much noise or smell going into the property from outside which is good.

My room faced the window so I could hear sirens and people shouting even with ear plugs. Free parking was nice. While they don’t serve breakfast they do have coffee available. Staff were very friendly. WI-FI was spotty but I had things downloaded to watch. Room was clean and had a fridge, no coffee maker or microwave. Was an affordable place to stay and I recommend if you are on a budget

This place is what you need it to be. A place to sleep in San Francisco. Shower had hot water for two people, rooms were clean, ac worked great and located a block from muni in the middle of the city. This is not a fancy hotel but they do offer parking

good motel is a not so great neighborhood. the room was clean and spacious, but i wouldn't feel that safe walking around the neighborhood after dark.

Saw drug dealing outside all around the hotel it’s situated in drug and homeless area we witnessed grown junkies just going to toilet on the paths it’s not safe to walk around the area once dark Stay away from here
