I never saw the shuttle, even after being notified it didn't run until after 5pm, every 45 minutes, I waited until about 5:40 before just getting on another nearby hotel's shuttle, and ended up ubering back to the airport because it stops running too early in the morning. Could hear aircraft taking off loudly in room. Pretty basic place, but no other complaints, it was a good deal for SF when I got it at a discount.
