Never mentioned at anytime the hot tub was out of order. If I had been told I couldn’t reduce my stay to 1 night. First night got back after closing. Second night went to use hot tube and no jets. No signage no mention at check in. Second Best Western in the last year with broken hot tube.

Its clean and well taken care of. Its comfortable. It was quiet. The spa was not working and that was disappointing as that was why I chose this hotel so so could relax in the beautiful spa area. I felt safe.
