Comfortable beach side House

Chances are, if you are planning a family vacation to San Felipe Mexico, it is because you want to be close to the beautiful beaches on the shores of the Gulf of California.  If being close the beach is important to you, this charming beach side home is a perfect addition to your San Felipe family vacation plans.  Located in San Felipe's beach side community of Villas de Las Palmas, this home known as Casa Luis Blanca, promises unbelievable views, and the location is central to everywhere you want to be. Whether you plan on laying out at the beach all day, or fishing until the sun sets, you’re close to everything in this stunning beach side house.

If you love being outside, this house is the one for you. With expansive outdoor patio areas, you can spend a lot of time outdoors while still being in the shade.  There is a covered carport so you can park your car and additional space on the street.  The front entrance to the home is tiled with gorgeous Spanish tile flooring and has sections that are shaded as well as areas that are in the sun. There is even a picnic bench and seat for you to enjoy the cool ocean at from right outside your front door.

This 1300 ft.² luxury home has three bedrooms, faces living areas, fully cooked chicken, and is located just a short walk to the beach.  As soon as you enter, the first thing you will notice is the large dining room table.   This large table sits in between the spacious living room and the fully furnished kitchen and naturally serves as a gathering place for the whole family during your stay.  Unpacking groceries and other supplies can also be easily done here.  To the left of the dining room table is an open living room. There are two large sofas and overstuffed armchair, so everyone can get the best seat in the house.  

The chef inspired kitchen as everything you’ll need to whip up a gourmet meal for the entire family.  This kitchen has modern appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. It also has all of the cookware, plates, and utensils that you’ll need.  There is ample cabinet and counter space, and the overextended counter serves as a snack bar with seating for three.  Whether you are reheating leftovers from one of the local Mexican restaurants, or you swing by the grocery store to create your family’s favorite meal from home, this kitchen gives you the space and the tools that you need to make it happen.

The first bedroom is on the bottom floor, complete with a super comfortable full-size bed.  Head upstairs, and immediately to your right you’ll find the second bedroom. This bedroom has a large king-size bed, along with the bunk bed that has a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top.  This bedroom has a private bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo, vanity area, and additional storage space. Straight across the hallway is the third bedroom.  The third bedroom has a King size bed, along with the twin bed. This room also has an identical bathroom with a shower/tub combo and large vanity area.

Walk-through a large glass door, and out onto the beautiful beach facing second-story terrace.  Right away you will notice the table and chairs under a shaded covering. This is a great place to have lunch or dinner while overlooking the beautiful city of San Felipe.  This extensive balcony looks over the villas of San Felipe, out over the sea of Cortez, and you can even see the beautiful mountain ranges in the distance.  Your family will spend a lot of time up here on this quiet, private, and romantic balcony. The views are unbelievable, and the atmosphere provides the perfect spot for rest and relaxation.  In the morning, this is a great place to enjoy a hot cup of coffee and watch the sleepy town come to life.  At night, families like to venture out onto this beautiful terrace and watch the sun set while enjoying authentic Mexican cuisine.  Regardless of the time of day, this impressive balcony is a true highlight of the entire home.
