Other Things to Note

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, sign a guest agreement, pass through our third party verification portal to verify your identity and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

We perform monthly hospitality cleanings for our guests convenience and safety and to ensure our guests have everything needed for a great stay!

Additionally, the community common areas have 24/7 surveillance.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in your apartment or on the balcony. Smoking will result in a $250 additional cleaning charge and possible eviction. Please review our house rules, any violation of house rules including Noise Violation will be fined $250 or lead to forfeiture of security deposit.

Adams Avenue Street Fair
Nice little place in wonderful neighborhood near Adams Avenue (street fair). Rental was clean and located near the street fair... the main reason for my selection. Neighborhood feels safe and very walk-able with local businesses within minutes. No issues with property. I expected check in to be a mess and was not disappointed. Property management would not release check in instructions until 30 minutes prior to check in. (Just asking for trouble) So when I arrived and the email was for other rentals available, but no access codes or instructions. I had to call the contact number, which they did in fact answer. After a couple attempts the salient information was finally transmitted... 30 minutes is absurd. I will not book another property from the (Peacock) agency until they demonstrate some common sense.

Cute Little Place
Super cute place. Always was able to reach the owner/prop manager. We never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. Things to note though and keep in mind. In the picture it shows a Keurig with coffee pods but they dont have pods. It’s grounds that you put in a reusable pod. We bought our own. Not sure who has touched those grounds and seems unsanitary. Next, no deadbolt on the door on the inside. Not sure if that is code in CA but its not in TX for safety reasons. And lastly, hair from past guests was stuck in washed towels and on the floor. Enough to notice but I didn't want to complain. The neighbor upstairs can be loud at times too but that isnt anything the owners/prop manager can do. We would stay here again with all that said. 🙂

Don't stay at this property or any Peacock Property!
Dirty sponge, the only one Dirty base boards, burnt pan for cooking, no cooking utensil for stove top cooking, no place to hang a coat, no hooks, no coat closet. No door mat, drawers in fridge AND in freezer do not properly slide. No place to put bathroom toiletries. Cheap metal excuse for a dining table. Shower door did not close properly, causing water to go onto bathroom floor. Shower head was clogged so a plumber was sent to change it but this should have been taken care of prior to guests' arrival. Main living space is very dark. No light to light the digital lock at property entry, worse yet, no light for the walkway once inside the gate. Security gate did not always lock automatically, as it's supposed to. Several of these complaints were met with a promise to send a remedy but none was provided. Do not book this property!

Visiting our son
We love the size of this unit and the locaiton. It has a nice size parking space with it as well. The kitchen is fully stock and the bed is wonderful. Had some issues with running the TV and the cleanliness of the unit upon check in. Management was responsive to both issues and finally resolved them for us. Once these issues were resolved we really enjoyed our stay.
