Where do I begin? The people in the parking lot upon arrival were shady and no security is present. We get to our room and it's the smallest room I've ever seen. The bed is uncomfortable, it's dusty, the towels were filthy, and there was a spider in the bed. At 3 am the room next door had some alarm going off and it took the hotel a long time to turn it off. I didn't sleep a wink. We immediately decided that our safety was more important so I cancelled the rest of the reservation and we moved to another property. Will never book there again.

This place was Great! (My last review was wrong, I meant to write it for another hotel) I was here with my husband and our doggies, hotel was safe for dogs and all. My 15 year old min pin is fully blind and there were no hazards for her!

was a little worried about staying here because everyone says to stay in hotel circle. This was the best decision i made staying here. Stayed for 5 days, 4 nights. my only complaint is the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best, and the sink drained super super slow. But to me, if that’s my only complaint then i will definitely be returning !! Staff was so nice, breakfast was good, checkout was easy! parking can be a little scarce towards later in the night but we never couldn’t park in the parking lot ! Will definitely stay here again when i go back to San Diego !

This place seems to be in a lot of work. I booked it on Expedia early November because they had an indoor pool not knowing they were going to drain the pool to retire it from Nov. 13 till Nov. 19. That was a huge disappointment for my one night stay on Nov. 23rd. If I was aware of that scheduled maintenance, I would have booked a different hotel.That is why I made a 3 star overall.
