The place is very private and intimate. Brought my family closer for the say we spent here. Each room had a towel and was fixed up super cute.

I thought the place was nice however, I had to park a couple blocks away and feared the car might be stolen or vandalized. Boy were we happy to see the car was still there and in a safe condition.

You get what you pay for.
The host communicated well, and the check in process was easy. The house was clean and ready at check in time. The kitchen, dishes and appliances are adequate. The neighborhood is run-down and in generally poor condition. The house furnishings range between decent to poor depending on what part of the house you are in. Living room is generally good. Beds, particularly the front room, are poor and very uncomfortable. Bathroom shower curtain rod fell on us on first use, and the shower curtain is dirty and torn. Smoke alarm was beeping and had to be removed and placed outside. Window coverings are broken in several locations. Street noise at night is typically enough to wake the dead.
