This property was very well maintained for being an older building. Parking was so easy and safe. Room had all the amenities that we needed . Across the street the Harbour at Fisherman’s Landing was the perfect dining spot from the hotel. Everything we asked the front desk staff for was brought to the room immediately. We will be back!!

Easy check in and out, looked and felt super clean except for our shower: it would clog up and spit out the nasty gunk from the drain. As for the bed and the rest of the room it was good. The A/C was amazing!! I will say that there not much maintenance in our room service because we never got it until our last day which was weird. But super good stay and would stay again.

From the moment we entered the hotel, a strong smell of dampness, humidity, and marijuana was noticeable to everyone. The physical condition of the rooms was extremely poor, and as for cleanliness, it was practically non-existent. We booked a stay that included breakfast, but the breakfast options were extremely limited, consisting only of butter, bread, and waffles. It was a very sparse and inadequate meal. Families with children should definitely avoid this place. In my opinion, they should not offer breakfast at all.

In a nice location right across the street from a marina and restaurants. Our room was sizable and clean. The condition of the hotel is ok but the AC in the room was not sufficient to counter the high humidity.

It was convenient for the night. Room was small for 2 people. But like I said it was less than 24hrs so it worked just fine. Walking distance to a liquor store, better buzz and winchells donuts.

This is a property where the managers/owners have don't the make shift improvements to get it to have the better name. However the lack of attention to details is what make it poor. Small rooms, the bathroom is even smaller. The upgrades are horribly executed. Paper Thin walls/very loud doors and AC units that are loud. Overall I wouldnt stay here again.
