Large sliding glass doors maximize the wonderful views and lead to a large balcony that invites you to lounge and relax, for your enjoyment of a true San Diego outdoor living experience.

Enjoy the beautiful, private modern Master Suite with a comfortable King bed. The Master Bath is featuring a sculptural tub and spa-like lighting, adjustable to your liking.

The penthouse is located just a few blocks from Little Italy, Old Town, Downtown/Gaslamp, and the airport. Walk to one of the many acclaimed restaurants, coffee shops or bars, breweries, and wine bars located on ‘International Restaurant Row’
Downtown, the Convention Center and Petco Park, Seaworld, and the Zoo are just a few minutes away by car. The Old Town Transit Center is located just a few minutes away for your convenient trolley ride into Downtown/Convention Center/Petco Park during ComiCon or on game days.

The owner-architect has with great care designed and built this property to blend with the hillside and capture views from downtown to Coronado, over the harbor to the tip of Point Loma.

We added three small desks and office chairs to accommodate our ‘work from home’ guests.

San Diego’s hopping downtown and hip urban neighborhoods such as Little Italy and North Park, along with San Diego’s miles of beautiful sandy beaches and America’s most perfect weather make this your perfect location for your stay, whatever the length!

The penthouse, located in historic Mission Hills, is centrally located, close to Downtown/Gaslamp, the Convention Center, Petco Park, bustling Little Italy, Old Town, and close to Medical Centers in Hillcrest (UCSD and Scripps Hospitals), and Kearny Mesa (Sharp Hospitals).

Getting Around:
The penthouse is close to public transportation such as the San Diego trolley and the Coaster train lines. Washington St. Station and Old Town Transit Center are nearby. For a convenient way to get around, we recommend either renting a car or using ride-share services.

More on public transportation: The apartment is well connected through the MTS bus routes and trolley routes: Bus #10 stop is located just down the street and conveniently connects to UCSD and Scripps Mercy in Hillcrest; Washington Station: Trolly (Blue Line and Green Line) connecting to most anywhere in San Diego, and to Old Town Station to catch the Coaster train connecting to North County.

Other Things to Note:
Please Note: This property is located on a road undergoing construction from 9/4/24 to 12/31/2024, limiting garage(if applicable) and road access from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM M- Friday and Saturday 7am -3:30pm. The construction may cause some inconvenience during these hour For this reason, the property has been discounted 25% during the construction period.

This unit is not suitable for animals. If you are traveling with animals, we strongly encourage you to look for better-suited units.

The property is located in a residential neighborhood in central San Diego, with urban noise possible due to the central location.
