Cute hotel with a unique vibe set conveniently in the Gaslamp district of San Diego. Bathrooms were interesting, with the sink being outside of the bathroom in the main room. The elevators were small and kind of hard to get in and out of with luggage and more than 3-4 people made it cramped. Rooms were spacious and clean. Main pro is the easy valet pull-up parking and the walkable distance to all the restaurants in the area

Palihotel was really cute and in a great location. The rooftop has an amazing view and drinks! The staff was friendly but it was hard to get in contact with the front desk after 8pm.

We only stayed for 1 night, but very much enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Saint James bar and restaurant is fabulous!
This was the Happy Hour’s “Cocktail of the Day”. A Rosè and Thyme infused Gimlet. Delicious!!!
Known as the “Wink and a Nudge”, this specialty cocktail has just the right amount of spice to complement the sweet and smoky of the Mezcal.

Everything about this place was great. I stayed with my brother and the split room was beautiful (the aesthetic was gorgeous, a little murder mystery kind of vibe). The sofa bed was large; space wasn't a problem at all. The people at the front desk were so nice, check in/check out was easy, and the location is amazing. I can't emphasize enough how walkable the area is. We were there mainly to see a Padres game and were able to walk there. We could've taken a convenient bus to either, but we Ubered to the zoo & Coronado Beach and it was relatively cheap since the hotel is fairly close to both. 10/10, I will stay here again the next time I come to San Diego.

The entire stay was good. Frances checked me in at 1:00 a.m. She was very friendly. The only thing i didn't like was that the beds had NO FITTING sheets. I found that strange. No i didnt tell anyone. By the time i realized it, i was heased to LA.

We love our stay in palihotel. The bed is so comfy we had a very relaxing sleep, the room was clean. The staff are super nice as well. What gives this hotel a 5 star for us is the convenience of having the valley parking option it is priced very reasonable and you can get your car multiple times a day. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you palihotel for a relaxing stay.

I did not appreciate the amount of the deposit that was required to stay at this hotel, when I was quoted by Travelocity a certain price and was unable to get my full deposit back to circumstances that was not even discussed with me!! I will not ever stay there again
