The top floor is a haven for up to 10 guests, with three bedrooms and three baths. Downstairs, two 1-bed/1-bath units each accommodate up to 5 more. Plus, three reserved parking spots make coming and going a breeze!

Sleeping arrangements:
Upstairs Unit #1: Two queen beds, full-over-full bunk, sleeper sofa, and comfy air mattress. (Sleeps 10)
Downstairs Unit #2: Queen bed, twin trundle bed, and air mattress. (Sleeps 5)
Downstairs Unit #3: Queen bed, twin-over-full bunk, and air mattress. (Sleeps 5)

Guests have access to all three units in the building, and each unit has its own private entrance and reserved parking spot next to the building.

Guests also have full use of our outdoor living amenities including:
• Propane grill
• Boogie boards
• Coolers
• Beach chairs
• Sand toys

Interaction with guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self-check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

• Each unit has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

• Please note that quiet hours must be observed

• A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.

• There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 8 guests.

• Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
