Property does not accomidate for people with allergies to pet dander all the rooms are pet friendly(not everyone is ok with pets). They force you to use Valet parking and they end up parking your vehicles in an alley. Would not stay here again or recommend.

The Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the harbor, and little Italy, and the metro. The staff was pleasant and courteous. But the ones taking care of the breakfast were excellent, caring and attentive, as well, and all the food tasted excellent. While everything was clean, the carpet looked dirty, we had only one chair, not two, for eating. And the one we did have was very torn from top and bottom. There’s not enough places to hang wet towels in the bathroom neither, although there’s place to install them. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom, could be very helpful. Could conserve water with different shower heads. No windows open at all, making rooms stuffy and only the bedroom has a ceiling fan. Could use something else to circulate the air through the two room suite. One big surprise was the $55 parking fee per night. I wish that was highlighted more somewhere while making the reservation, or in the confirmation.

Booked for 2 queens suite at 277. This is the worst experience at Hilton ever in my life. Please be aware of low quality of service in general especially staffs incompetency of handling customer services. I have asked for alternate room upgrade opt when arrived, Melinda who helped us checked in was not even aware of room amenities nor offering better quality of service other than being rude with attitude. Room was filty with hairs all over in bathtub and linens. Parking is obviously extra unnecessarily. We ended up leaving the area early becuz we just really hated the room much and wasn't offered any other options even after talking to manager in daytime. Never again here.

Love the idea of a suite - kitchen is always useful. The beds and pillows including the sofa bed were below average. The rooms weren’t the cleanest and they do housekeeping every second day. However, they do not provide you enough amenities for 2 days. They could also provide better toilet paper - it was frankly worse than what you get in public washrooms.

When we checked in, we were 20 minutes past check in time. When we got there, they told us it was about a 10 minute wait for a room to be ready as it was a bit behind for cleaning purposes. After about 25 minutes waiting to be called for our room to be ready I went to the front desk and asked if the room was ready yet and they said it would be another 10 minutes tops. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I went up to the front once again and asked if it was ready yet…it still was not ready. After a total of about an hour and 25 minutes of waiting, they finally got us into a room With great annoyance from the clerk.

The staff was snooty specially the girl that helped me I the front desk they showed partially they allowed other people to check in early had my husband and I wait for another two hours while we see other people get their rooms. When I ask can you at least help me store my husband’s food the women in the front desk said your husband should be fine it’s cold outside. I have never been treated this way. The restroom had a terrible smell. They also have me the wrong room when I went downstairs to ask why did I not get the roll in shower they said that I never asked for it. Thank God I kept my reservation the manager did take care of it. But they wasted my time I even offered to pay for early check in no one wanted to help the women in the front desk need to be trained in customer service.
