I was charged for a whole in the wall that they say was behind the crash can. I was there to sleep only, woke up early morning and left. I never saw it and I did not know I had to inspect the room.

Well we went to go to our room and the key would not work till they gave us another key with another room same thing. They gave us another room the key work but there was a cockroach on top of the bed. They gave us another room the bed itself wasn't in good shape but we stayed but then the TV went on in the middle of the night by itself I was able to turn it off and it did it again turned it off. Left Saturday morning and when we came back the TV was on try to turn it off and I couldn't make the long story short the people at the front desk had to come up and unplug the TV.
