2 of the 3 elevators were "undergoing an upgrade" The third was more like a scary halloween ride. The stairs, which we took often, did not lead to the lobby. 3 lead directly outside and had no re-reentry. 1 went through some back offices. If you were a 'stairs person, you would never take these. Our room was in the back of the hotel overlooking the light rail tracks. There was a road crossing with a gate as well. The incessant road crossing bell going off every 5-7 minutes from like 5am to past midnight. Then overnight the tracks were used for freight and the bells continued overnight. I had to ask the breakfast every morning to refill the orange juice dispenser which they promptly did but felt it was not my job to keep asking. Location of the hotel is great, right across from the US Maritime museum. I would not stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel before and not much has changed. It is still a great location and a very comfortable place to stay, but some upgrades would be nice! Also $44 a day for parking makes the good room price less attractive.

Did not stay, I called at 7pm informing I would be a late arrival, upon arrival.Upon arrival was checked in then told there was no parking for me, that I could park in public parking behind building. Very disappointed as I had a one year old so at 1 am I was to walk with a baby in the dark already a ridiculously expensive charge for parking. I was rerouted and o a sister hotel which had parking but instead of two queen beds now a pull out sofa and one queen bed. Very disappointed with this whole situation when traveling never had a problem.

Broken elevators, being woken up by fire alarms and smoke because they were trying to fix the elevators. Customer service was awful and there was always someone there to bug you about a timeshare.

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay for work. This booking was already paid for. When I got there they told me they had no rooms but they had booked me a room at a partnering hotel down the street. I don't want to stay at a different hotel. I don't know what gives them the right to pick the hotel I stay at without any communication with me! Just know, if you book a stay here that doesn't mean you will have a room when you get here!
