The property is in an older relatively quiet neighborhood with good freeway access. Some surrounding properties are well maintained, others - not so much. The entrance to the building is down a narrow alley between a high fence and another building, this felt a little odd. An old-school friendly convenience store a few doors down the street proved … very convenient! The interior of this older building is nicely updated. Nothing fancy but we just needed a place to sleep. There’s no dishwasher and it’s a little short on power outlets when everyone wants to recharge their devices but is otherwise well equipped. There’s a large TV’s in each bedroom but none in the living area; that might be a disadvantage if you’re the night owl of the party but is hardly a deal breaker. Property manager AvantStay communicated well and was responsive to our questions. Perhaps most important, the price at the time of our stay seemed fair and we enjoyed the welcome goodies.
