Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over sail bay from your balconies, prepare meals in your fully stocked kitchen and relax in your inviting open concept living space with vaulted ceilings. Premium amenities include secure gated entry, full-size washer/dryer in unit, high speed wifi internet and plenty of living space. This property boast three living levels. The two bedrooms and two full baths are on the 1st level as you enter. The living room, dining room, kitchen & one half bath are located on the 2nd floor. The property has off street parking for 2 cars in the rear of the property (alley). The Sail Bay beach is just 1.5 blocks away and is easily accessed of Graham St.

Nice little gem

I was a bit surprised at how nice this place was. It is set up nicely with the 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor and kitchen/living room up top. 1 block to the bay. The owner Eric was easy to work with. We will definately stay here again.

Very poor smell

Once we walked into the house we could smell a very strong and odd smell. Kind of a propane gas’s smell throughout the whole house. We had to leave every window open for 3days to get the smell out. Carpet had a lot of obvious stains through house.
