Unsafe neighbourhood with many homeless people and prostitutes on the street, floors were extremelly dirty, bath tub was leaking, almost no sound insulation and you can hear people next door and outside, water pipes make big noise whenever someone has shower, only one person in evening at the reception (with no maintenance/cleaning stuff) and cannot come and assist you as he cannot leave the reception, breakfast burger was aweful, breakfast are was renovated when we were there so breakfast was set up at the reception. We asked for a mop to clean the floors ourselves and were given a window wipe stick and old towel and it was a challenging job to clean the floor with it, they did not have even a standard mop and bucket. No appology, no partial refund offered for all inconvenience created. I do not recommend this accommodation and would not stay there again.

The place is clean and updated. However if your upstairs guest is showering the sound is quite loud. Breakfast is nice but if you dont want to line up for 30 min, go early instead of last 20 min. The staff was nice adding food to the breakfast area even after 930 since so many ppl were waiting.

Great bed and the property appeared renovated and nice. The bathroom door jam though looked poorly repaired from water damage. Should be replaced rm 122. I liked there was security all night in parking lot being in a tough part of town and back street. Reasonable quiet all night. I would stay there again.

The property it self is clean, the parking is easy and even on a full day I was able to park in the underground garage which was clean and well lit with easy access to elevators. Rooms are the cleanest that I have experienced. Unfortunately, the surrounding neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired as it feels like it’s a rough area. Nonetheless, I plan to return to this location when I come back to San Diego.
