Point Loma is the jewel of the Peninsula. Prepare yourself for beauty by the sea. This newly remodeled 1735 SF, 3 level Town-home decorated in seaside decor.

Two master suites with one king and one queen size bed, 3 patios and full private bathrooms, laundry room. Full kitchen, 1/2 bath at living area and secured parking for total relaxation. Included with the rental are four boogie board and two beach comber bikes.

The area.
There are many wonderful restaurants with lots of music in the neighboring bars and grills. This is not to mention Humphries is within walking distance, bringing it's world-class entertainment to the neighborhood.

Located just two blocks from the wharf is this neighborhood that has all the amenities. Deep-sea fishing, paddle and boogie boarding, sailboats and skiing.

This quiet neighborhood is not to be confused with Ocean Beach, which is just a five minute drive over the hill. Ocean beach offers wall-to-wall bars, restaurants, music and of course a wonderful beach if surfing is your thing. The airport is a 2 mile cab ride and downtown San Diego 4 miles from the doorstep. In other words you're a stones throw away from turning it up, or turning it down for your relaxing stay.

The full house is yours to access, except a locked closet.

If your passion is fishing, a two block walk to the wharf will award you dozens of fishing boats ready to take you on a deep sea day trip or longer. Check out the amazing catches of tuna and many other types that run the southern pacific coastline.

Four boggie boards await your adventure to the warm sandy beaches, at your own risk and responsibility of items of course.

Should you decided to venture out by foot, two beach cruzers are ready for your adventure to the miles of restaurants, entertainment and sites provided by the miles of beautiful shorelines of San Diego!

My husband, myself and our 80 yr old parents stayed in this lovely condo that was so beautifully decorated and spot on to the description. We enjoyed everything about this home including the comfortable beds, garage for our car and location to restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Love this Place
Frequent business traveler and always prefer VRBOs over hotels. This well-kept property is a two-block walk to my favorite part of San Diego, Point Loma. Tacos at Mitch's, lunch at Jimmie's and incredible fish and seafood salads at Tunaville Mkt. We'll be back!

A home away from home
This home is truly a gem! To start off, the home itself was beautifully decorated and homey. I truly felt like I was at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and dinnerware if you want to cook instead of going out. On top of that, Sheri provides a fully stocked laundry room. Perfect for families with kids, or if you wanted to wash your beach items before heading home. I found this to be a big plus! The location of the home is very convenient. You are very close to downtown and don't need to take the highway. The beaches are also just a short drive away. One of the things I really liked about the neighborhood was that it wasn't busy and full of tourists. It was quiet, but had everything you needed in a walkable distance. Coffee shop and restaurants are only a block or two away! Communication with Sheri was excellent. She's easygoing and so kind. She always reached out to me first and always responded immediately whenever I had a question. This rental is the most comfortable home I've ever stayed in. Looking forward to booking again whenever I return to SD.

BETTER THAN ADVERTISED
My wife and I shared this place with another couple for two weeks and couldn't have been happier. It was extremely well kept, and my wife loved the way it was decorated. Centrally located, it's within walking distance to great restaurants and other activities and is only a short drive to downtown, Cabrillo National Monument, and the other beach communities. Sheri was easy to work with, and we will definitely stay here again.

MCRD Graduation
We stayed at this property for my son’s graduation from MCRD. The property was very nice and in a nice area. We were able to walk to restaurants, the grocery store, and a marina. The property manager was amazing! She was very responsive, and even let us check in early. This property has all of the comforts of home and made our stay in the San Diego area very enjoyable.

Highly recommend staying at this property next time you are in San Diego. Very spacious for a family of 5. Convenient location, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable beds. We found a treasure!
This beautiful condo was perfect in every way! Location: We loved the central location. We never had to travel more than 20 minutes for any of our adventures. Comfort: The condo had EVERYTHING to make us feel at home and comfortable! We were a group of 5, mom, dad, 2 grown daughters and a son in law. The space was perfect for us allowing for privacy. Beds and showers were amazing. There were too many unexpected extras to even name. Neighborhood was very walkable and quiet. Sheri was such a responsive host and very accommodating with an early check in request! We would not stay anywhere else on a return visit.

Shutter Island coastal perfection
Beautiful 2 bedroom, 3 bath home central to everything. So close to the bars and restaurants along the harbor, less than 10 minutes from the airport, this was the perfect landing spot. I wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful home. Sherri was the best! So responsive and just a lovely host.

Perfect Location, Beautiful and Comfortable Home
We couldn't have found a more perfect, beautiful and well-appointed home for our family stay with our son and daughter-in-law and grandchild. There were so many extras that made our stay even more enjoyable, like beach chairs, toys, stroller, wagon, high chair, portable crib, bicycles, and so many things we didn't have time to use. It is a perfect location just walking distance to the harbor and kayaking, and close to the San Diego Zoo, the airport and great restaurants right on the water. Our host was gracious, accommodating and helpful. I can't recommend this home enough. We will be back!
