The Space:
Natural light and fresh ocean breezes pour into the open floor plan through sliding glass doors and two giant picture windows. Just outside is a private balcony with a gas grill and a drink rail with plenty of seating to enjoy the ocean breezes, happy hour, and meals.

Guest Access:
Please note that this studio DOES NOT COME WITH A PARKING SPOT, but everything you need is within walking distance and there is free overnight street parking. Take a leisurely stroll into our charming downtown village, where you’ll find a variety of boutique shops, several world-class restaurants, a cozy wine and cheese bar, a local playhouse, a retro candy store, and a farmer’s market every Sunday morning. Upon booking, we can provide a map that highlights where free overnight street parking is available.
As you continue down the street, you can explore the beautiful beaches, the pier, the beach running trail, and the seaside parks. Alternatively, you can choose to stay in the condo and enjoy a relaxing day with a gentle ocean breeze and peaceful evenings filled with stunning sunsets.
The area near the pier, just a 2-minute walk away, has almost everything you may need, including restaurants, convenience stores, great coffee, and delicious treats. You can also hop on the free San Clemente trolley from here to ride up the hill to Avenida Del Mar, where you'll find more shops, restaurants, outlet malls, and another farmer's market.
The Neighborhood:
The San Clemente Pier Bowl is a charming area resembling a small Spanish walking village. It features cozy cafes, a great coffee shop, ice cream shops, a convenience store, two excellent restaurants, a waterfront park, and a beach walking trail. During your stay, you could easily manage without a car.
Getting Around:
No parking spot is included with this Condo. There is some on-street parking in the area but it can take some time to find during summer months.
You can walk to just about everything you would need or take the free seasonal trolley to go even further.

Other Things to Note:
- There is NO OFF-STREET PARKING SPOT for this unit. We provide a map to show you where free overnight street parking is available. You will be able to find street parking.
- We have soundproofed the entire building using techniques and technology typically utilized in recording studios.
- We allow up to 2 pets with prior approval. Most breeds are welcome as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night, per pet. We have a small "dog park" on-site, and San Clemente is pet-friendly! :)
- The unit has a maximum capacity of 3 guests (2 on a king Murphy bed and 1 on a twin sleeper ottoman). For each additional guest beyond 2, there will be a charge of $25 per person, per night.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
**Unit Privacy:**
- There are security cameras in outdoor common areas only; none are located inside the units.
- We have installed decibel sound meters in our condos' kitchen and balcony areas to monitor noise levels during quiet hours. These devices do not record or listen in any way; they only measure overall noise levels. (Noise Away Brand)
