Great House!
This was the perfect house for three couples in town for a wedding at The Casino at San Clemente. Close to the venue, the beach, restaurants and stores. Easy to get around the area either on foot or short Uber/Lyft rides. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We definitely recommend and would stay there again. Thanks Bob!

Great location - extremely close to the beach and an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Home is relaxed, spacious, and well equipped. Host was responsive. Would stay here again for sure!

A Great Stay in San Clemente
We had a wonderful stay in this property. It was very clean upon arrival, the beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on the patio. This property is older and some items definitely need replacement as some of the beach chairs are torn and broken, but over all it was a very nice stay for us. The only thing to be aware of is that this is located in a residential area where the houses are very close to each other and it can get a bit noisy at times. It was lovely to have access to the beach but seniors should be aware that the access to the beach is a very steep path. Overall though this was a very well maintained property and I would highly recommend it.

Other than the weather being excruciatingly hot, we had a great time. Accommodations were excellent. We enjoyed our stay and visit to San Clemente! Lots to do and see, other than the party we had come down for at Casa Romantca to attend.

Clean and roomy and just steps from the beach. The number of people you can have is limited by permit, so pay attention, but otherwise it was perfect for six to eight people at a time.

We spent the last week before school at this great beach house. It was better than expected. Had a well stocked kitchen, and fun beach toys. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Amazing Week
My family had an absolutely amazing week and our accommodations couldn’t have been better. We used all of the water toys (surfboards, paddle boards, etc), the beds were super comfy and the hot tub was an end of the day must. We hope to be back and Bob was fantastic to work with.

Steps to sand and beach was a nice place to stay and conveniently located. Bob was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was aptly supplied with all the necessary amenities. If in the future we are in this area, I will definitely choose again.

Great house for family beach time
The house and neighborhood were fantastic! Simple walk to the beach for my wife and three kids (5,7,9). The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a grocery store and many restaurants nearby. If want to enjoy a chill time at a beautiful beach that’s never crowded and don’t mind a few stairs then this place will be perfect. About 5 minutes walk to the beach from the house. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. This was our second time staying here and we would definitely stay again

Plenty of space for our family
We were in Cali for our son's graduation from Marine Sniper School and it was the perfect location and size. San Clemente is such a nice area and close to Camp Pendleton. This is really close to the beach and the pier but be ready for a huge hill down to the beach. Loved the size of the house and all the aminities. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Very nicely stocked kitchen. Hope to be able to come stay again when the weather is a little warmer. The host is a great communicator. Would not hesitate to book from him again. Thank you again. Great place in a great beach town
This house is a gem! The outdoor patios are big and location is great - you can see the ocean from the front patio. San Clemente is a really cute town - and the path along the ocean is great for walking/running. There was an issue with the oven when we arrived but the landlord had someone there very quickly to remedy it. We will definitely be back.

Perfect beach house vibe
What a great beach house! The location is amazing and the home has the perfect beach house vibe - clean and bright, not too fussy, a decent kitchen for cooking and a close walk to the beach. We visited with four college-age kids who spent most of their time on the beach and in the water. Plenty of good options for eating out and shopping.

This property is amazing! Extremely clean house with plenty of space for everyone! The location was wonderful, just steps from the beach and ocean. Updates needed to a few things
New pillows needed for the beds, the drains in the showers didn't work, the water pooled at our feet. Perhaps a new oven and a few newer pans.
