Cable and fast WIFI. New paint, lighting and new window treatments. A/C and Heat. Very quite apt attached to the back of my home located at the end of a cul-de-sac looking up at a large hillside. Beautiful zen garden, court yard with wisteria covered pergola and grapevines. Parking, and laundry on site. Private entrance. Great natural lighting with the window, french glass doors and skylights. Fully furnished with hardwood floors. Kitchenette, fridge, large sink, dishes and linens.
