The Neighborhood:
Located in the San Clemente Pier Bowl, this area resembles a charming Spanish walking village with quaint cafes, a fantastic coffee shop, ice cream options, a convenience store, and two excellent restaurants. You’ll also find a waterfront park and a beach walking trail nearby. You can easily enjoy your stay without needing to use your car.
We strictly enforce Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Since our neighbors are very close, it’s essential for us to maintain a peaceful environment. Our ability to operate our Airbnb business depends on not disturbing them, so we will take necessary measures to address any parties held by guests. We apologize for the strong wording, but we’ve had past experiences that we cannot afford to repeat, and we must avoid noise complaints from neighbors. Thank you for your understanding.

You can easily walk to nearly all the amenities you need or take the free seasonal trolley for further destinations. Here are some nearby highlights:

Other Things to Note:
- Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no one on-site 24/7.
- This condo is located in a fully soundproofed 6-unit building, all of which are owned and operated by us. Five of these units are one-bedroom, and we also have a studio. If you need multiple units, let us know, and we will do our best to provide you with adjacent ones. This is condo #4 out of 6.
- We allow up to 2 pets (or 3 if they are all small) with pre-approval. Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night, per pet. There is a small "dog park" on-site, and San Clemente is a pet-friendly area.
**Unit Privacy**
- There are security cameras in the outside common areas only; none are inside the units.
- We have decibel sound meters installed in the kitchen and balcony areas of our condos to alert us to any violations of our quiet hours. These devices do not record or listen in any way; they only measure the overall noise level. (Noise Away Brand)
