“B’Haven by the Beach” is a coastal farmhouse-style condo located in San Clemente’s beautiful east side. Gorgeous landscaping decorates the street leading up to the condo, and spectacular ocean views catch your breath as you drive down from the condo. B’Haven is minutes away from multiple beaches and ocean fronts, including the San Clemente Pier, the locals’ favorite North Beach, Capistrano Beach, Doheny Beach and Dana Point Harbor.

B’Haven is in a uniquely quiet, peaceful condo complex. Two beautiful pools and hot tubs beckon you to relax. Creeks run throughout the complex, and the sounds of flowing water add delightful ambiance to B’Haven. For guests who enjoy running, hiking or simply taking evening strolls, B’Haven offers direct access to the Rancho San Clemente Ridgeline Trail with glorious views of the Pacific Ocean.

This end-unit condo features beautiful high vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. B’Haven’s windows and sliding glass doors face multiple directions catching sun and sky. The condo is light and bright with stylish plank flooring and cross ventilation. The bathroom features floor to ceiling mirrors, and the large walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space.

SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. Must have an adult(s) 21 or older staying at the house during the term of the stay. B'Haven is located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building. There are two flights of stairs, no elevator.

Get comfortable with the throw blankets and pillows, or lounge in the sumptuous house robes provided for personal use in the condo. Enjoy watching cable on one of two televisions, or relax on the patio with its hanging lights in the evenings. In the morning, the French press, Keurig, regular coffee pot and coffee grinder will help you make your perfect cup (or two!).

B’Haven is fully equipped for dining, with a gas range, George Foreman grill, Brita water filter pitcher, crock pot and microwave, as well as multiple appliances, baking dishes and Calphalon cookware. Health-conscious guests will enjoy making smoothies in the Ninja professional blender and Magic Bullet blender.

The king size bed features an amazingly comfortable Dream Cloud mattress. For little ones, a pack ‘n play is provided; for kids, the sleeper sofa easily accommodates sleeping on the sofa bed or using the cushion separately as a bed. Adult guests will be glad to know the sleeper sofa is a very cozy Clad Home sofa with 4” memory foam mattress.

When you’re not heading to the beach, the high-speed internet and desk will help you get your work done.

Groceries are easily accessible, with Walmart and Albertsons a five-minute drive away. The Outlets at San Clemente and downtown San Clemente shopping are less than ten minutes away.

This was a terrible stay. The sofa was stained, smelly, and dirty. The washer smells moldy after running a load. I found actual dust The bedspread was dirty. The unit was filthy and required 8 hours of cleaning. The screens had holes, were torn and one was missing. There were multiple spiders and cobwebs in the unit, and one just outside the door with a potentially lethal spider and web connecting to the front door.

Bright, corner condo in beach town!
Pretty place, very nicely furnished, bright and inviting. Quiet. The only issue we had was that our Tacoma didn’t fit in the garage and that necessitated some phone calls for parking permission. But it was all settled fairly quickly and we very much recommend this convenient and beautifully landscaped condo. The owners have presented a truly nice vacation home away from home.

Great Little Flat
This condo is perfectly appointed, clean, and convenient. We highly recommend it. Only issue is the richness of the garage coupled with items stored on the floor limiting the space. Having outdoor parking as an option would greatly improve the guest experience. Regardless, our needs were met and we were very comfortable!

Quite Neighborhood Close to Shopping
Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Condo. Size was great for 2 people. I especially liked the large walk-in closet for all of our clothes and supplies/suitcases. The bathroom could use some new fixtures and the tub drain needs some work. The hot water was great! Also the small washer and dryer unit was great. The kitchen could have as a few more accessories for cooking such as a cutting board. I had to cut our vegetables on a dinner plate, and the knives are old and not sharp for cutting meats. We cooked at the unit every day so that was a bit of an issue. We did enjoy the coffee maker every day too!! The biggest problem we hd was the parking. Apparently we didn’t read the fine print about only having a one car garage. We brought 2 vehicles and had a problem with parking every day. The garage is VERY small. It would have been nice to park in the guest parking but that’s not allowed overnight. We did get several tickets on our car but never got towed. Hopefully they replaced the garage door opener too because it didn’t always work. Overall we liked the place but don’t think we would go again because of the parking.
