Summary:
The prime location is in the heart of downtown San Clemente, right on historic Avenida Del Mar! Fantastic restaurants, bars, and boutique shops are just steps away. The beach, pier, and scenic walking trail are only a 10-minute stroll from your doorstep. Even better, the free trolley picks up every 20 minutes all summer, right in front of the condo. Enjoy easy access to it all!

The Space:
The beautiful condo has a beachy feel with all the amenities of home: quality mattresses, linens and pillows, a fully outfitted kitchen, large-screen TVs, Central Air Conditioning, music speakers, plenty of towels, and private washer/dryer.
This unit is ground floor with one unit above but the whole ceiling has been sound-proofed so you can hear very little noise from above.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete access to the condo, as well as private access to the yard, fire pit, and hot tub. One dedicated parking spot is available in the driveway, and there is ample free overnight parking on the cross street (Seville) and around the library and community center. We also provide a map indicating safe parking areas.
The Neighborhood:
Avenida Del Mar is the crown jewel of San Clemente. We have at least ten exceptional restaurants in the area. Check Yelp for recommendations such as Nick's, South of Nick's, Vine, Beachfire, El Ranchero, The Cellar, and more. The farmer's market takes place every Sunday just across the street from the condo, making it perfect for stocking up for the week.
There’s an amazing coffee shop called Bear Coast Coffee located just down the hill at the pier, along with a lovely beach walking trail—a perfect way to start the day. Additionally, we have a park right across the street for kids to play. Our location is truly special!
Getting Around:
Our rental is conveniently located within walking distance of almost everything you might need. We provide bikes for your use, and there is also a free trolley that stops right in front of the condo. Additionally, a train station at our pier makes it easy to enjoy day trips to San Diego. We’re about a 45-minute drive to Disneyland, 25 minutes to Legoland, and an hour from both San Diego and Los Angeles.
As part of your rental, we offer adult bikes and 20-inch kids' bikes at no extra charge. Please remember to sign the waiver to receive the code needed to unlock the bikes for use.
Other Things to Note:
The backyard is private; however, please be aware that our other vacation rental unit has a balcony above. Occasionally, you may hear guests enjoying their time on that balcony. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and fellow guests by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
We allow up to three pets with prior approval. Most breeds are welcome as long as they are quiet and well-trained. The pet fee is $20 per night, per pet. There is a grassy park across the street from the condo, and San Clemente is pet-friendly!
For pet owners, there is a nearby park for dog walking, and San Clemente features a pet-friendly beach trail as well as many pet-friendly restaurants.
Please note that we have security cameras located in common areas only (such as parking lots and outside stairways). There are no cameras or listening devices inside our rental condos.
