Our stay at this hotel went beyond my expectations. It's a lovely location on a hill away from traffic but still so loose to the freeway. There was plenty of easy parking, and the staff members were very professional and friendly. We liked the room. Even though it was not that spacious, everything was placed nicely—plenty of plug points, including USB ones. I'll stay here again if needed.

This hotel is one of the better ones we’ve stayed at. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was better quality than other hotels. The only thing bad during our stay was the person above our room started playing music at 5:00 am one morning and kept us awake.

Lovely affordable place to stay in San Clemente
We enjoyed our stay at this cute hotel in San Clemente. We could hear a lot of hallway noise and traffic noise since our room was located right at the entrance, but other than this = we loved it! We used the sound machine on our phones to drown out the noises which helped. Beds and pillows were super comfy. They take pride in keeping their place clean which was appreciated. The breakfast was simple, but great and hot! We will be back again.

Everything was great at first until a plumbing problem in the room we stayed in. We’ve been here countless times, but never had this problem before - should have suspected something was up with the toilet not flushing property when we got into the unit. After one day of use it overflowed, filling the whole bathroom and into the entry way! I called room service but there was only one attendant. He didn’t come until I called a few times. I figured out how to shut off the water and threw all the towels down but there was water everywhere! I have a feeling the had a plumbing line issues going on. Unfortunately, this made for an uncomfortable stay since my family had to use the plunger every time to solve the terrible flushing issue- plus, there were no more available units…

Noisy but clean and free breakfast was good
The breakfast was surprisingly good. The downside was the room was very noisy. People walking above sounded like giants jumping. Whenever anyone took a shower or flushed the toiliet in the room next door it was as if they were in my room. And when I ran the heat in my room the fan was so loud. I had to turn off the climate control for the night in order to sleep.

Modern design with USB plugs. I had a standard compact room, but the design made it feel bigger. Clean Room, No Bugs/Insects (that other people posted), All the utilities & amenities worked in the room. Also, had Free Parking & a balcony with a Screen & Door that functioned properly. Lastly, they me check-out late. If I could change something… The Bright White Light (Not Natural Yellow Light like Sun) above the desk kind of strains the eyes after a while.
