Stayed at this property 6 nights in the last 2 weeks. Other than the 5 cockroaches we ran into it was a pleasant stay. Were not able to acquire kitchenware at our request.

The gentleman who checked me in was very nice. He went up to my room before handing over my keys to make sure it was clean, which it was. The TV remote was missing from the room, but the same guy brought me a new one and programmed it right away. I stayed on the highest floor (4th) and it was quiet and smoke free aside from the room next to me was blasting music late at night for a few hours on my first night. There are people who live at this hotel, but everyone I encountered were friendly. I didn’t see any cockroaches and my room was very clean.

The gal at check in was nice. The facility smells bad, hallway carpets are filthy, my room stinks so bad. The toilet doesn’t flush, the shower had pubic hairs in it, towels had long strands of hair and the floors throughout are sticky.

Roaches!
The room that we stayed in was occupied by countless cockroaches, of various sizes. The floor was dirty, and there were the crusty remains of other cockroaches, which had been smashed on the walls. When I went to complain, I was advised that the hotel was sold out, so they would be unable to provide me another room. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager was busy, but he would contact me at 9:00 am the following day. The time and day came and went, but no contact was made by management. While at the hotel, I learned that they did not offer coffee to their patrons. This was quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure to stay.

The outside area had overflowing garabage cans for the 4 days we were there. The pet area was also overflowing for 4 days. The floor in our room was so ditry it made my socks BLACK. I would not at this time consider staying again. .

We had to wait almost an hour for our room to be ready, front desk didn’t know what she was doing and manager seems nice but seems like he has too much on his plate. Had to go clean the room himself. Along with other rooms that other guest were waiting for. Room had a weird smell and the restroom was disgusting. If it wasn’t for the lack of availability in hotels near me i definitely would of canceled and left. Everything in the room was broken and I couldn’t get over the nasty smell.
