I really enjoyed my stay. The Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great for a free Hotel breakfast. My only problem was the Luke warm water for showers and baths. The water was Luke warm the entire time we stayed there. It's not very pleasant.

Check in was great front desk was very friendly make us feel welcome, Check out was Horrible! There was vandalism done to my vehicle while on the property I ask the front desk to see if there was a camera aiming at the area where my vehicle was park but he wouldn’t do anything he just say we have cameras all around the property if you want anybody to look at anything you’ll have to do a police report firs, So I did and they ask if there was a camera that can pickup anything, so that it wouldn’t be a waste of time, totally fair that’s what I was asking the help desk to do just check, but there was no concern at all for the customer needs From the person at the desk at the time, Really disappointed with the way the hotel staff reacted to the incident..

Paid for our room, travelled several hours, and got a call late at night just before we arrived saying the hotel was cancelling on us because of overbooking. We were left stranded late at night with no assistance in finding another hotel.

The bed is not comfortable .i asked for late check out and we’ve been told my front desk cannot and need to live by 11am.By 1030 the house keeping knocked the door .Theres noise can hear in the4th floor when walking around the room.Thr room is hot when woke up around 0330 am.Im hoping you make the services convinient for customers check in.

I didn't like how the gym and equipment was dirty.only one elevator was working. What I liked was that the Lady preparing the breakfast was super friendly, I wish I could remember her name. She made us feel welcome.

We could hear the nice of the other guests even when they walk upstairs and also the noise outside. It appears the building is not properly insulated. The staff are very nice, the breaksfast are good too. It’s really just the noise that affected us especially at night.

Everything was great! The breakfast was a real breakfast!! Eggs, grits, biscuits, turkey sausage, juice, coffee, etc! The staff was excellent and very helpful!
