Saturday night 9/21/24 my wife and I had just got back from an event late in the evening roughly around 11:45pm. Our hotel key didn't work so we went to have it fixed at the front desk. Twenty minutes later while I'm in the shower and my wife is on her phone looking at Facebook, she receives a call from the front desk with a noise complaint from our room. My wife said she must have the wrong room, because our room is quiet. We didn't even have the television on. But the front staff insisted it was coming from our room. So my wife angrily said "Whatever" and hung up the phone. She knocks on the bathroom door and tells me there was a noise complaint against us. I was shocked and said "Noise?!" We don't even have the tv or anything on! They must have the wrong room." She said that's what she tried to tell the front staff. But they wouldn't have any of it. On checkout Sunday morning we told the morning front desk staff what transpired before we left. We were pretty offended and will not be staying at this location again.
