Super place, super location in GC
Perfect place for a winter break. Location is one of the best in GC. Duplex has lovely balcony and access to nice pool area. Close to maspolomes and nice restaurants nearby.

a lovely relaxing family holiday

Fantastic property. 3 separate balconies to catch the sun all day. Very peaceful and quiet location, but still very close to everything you need. Excellent communication from owner. Sad to be leaving.

We booked for 2 weeks and it was just excellent throughout. Oliver was there to meet us and shows us round and then left us to get on with it. We didn't need to bother him during our stay, everything was there and worked as it should. The villa has everything you would ever need, even a shoulder bag and beach towels to go up to the (50m) pool. Everything is really good quality, all of the linen, the kitchen equipment and sofas. Most items are fairly new and as you would expect everything worked without a problem. The instruction manuals for all the electrical items were in the drawers, so it was easy to get even the washing machine programmed. One thing that is often lacking in a holiday villa is a tray to carry the drinks and nibbles outside, this place had two (heaven), 5* for this alone Oliver. There was even a power extension cable, so you could get power outside to power laptops or phone chargers. I have never seen this before in a rental villa either. The internet is fast, there are two good sized bedrooms, the A/C was very efficient and in every room. The washing machine looked very new and worked well, it even has a drier built in. The location is fab, it is on the edge of the complex, on the road, which is not busy and has good views, you can even see the sea. The front garden gets a number of birds in the trees and the villa was completely bug free, same as the pool, nothing, not even a wasp and no ants. It is a 5 minute walk to the sea front with several bars and restaurants or about 20 minutes walk down towards the lighthouse (along a prom, street lights, very safe and nice walk) where there is an even wider range of bars and restaurants. All very good. The pool is large with a separate small pool for the kids and a whirlpool, there are loads of sun beds. On some days we were the only ones using the pool and it was never more than 1/10th full, amazing. There is lots to do in the area and lots of places to go for a walk straight out of the villa. We hired a car at the airport, but didn't use it very much, there was just so much to do within walking distance. I can't think of anything which the villa lacked, if you found a nicer, better equiped place, then chances are it is where you live. Well done Oliver, a great stay and a real find.

Excellent property in great position
We loved the villa and its location and would certainly want to stay again. The position is very convenient having direct access to the road and parking, but still quiet and private. Having both a front and rear garden, we could sit in the sunshine at both ends of the day. The interior is large, well maintained and well equipped. Oliver was there to greet us on arrival, and for hand back at the end of the holiday, providing a very friendly service.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Our host Oliver was just fantastic. He left a great welcome pack for us which was much appreciated. Lots of space with both shaded and sunny areas to enjoy. Each morning a person selling fresh bread and eggs arrived at back of property at 9.15am. We would return to stay here without hesitation.

A very pleasant property
The property has all the basic essentials required. Its location means that for an agile person, you are a 15/20 minute walk away from a lovely beach. The nearest beach appears to be man made - not the best one - take the walk to the water at your own peril - several large stone/rocks which you can't see. Taxi's are available close by and will take you anywhere on the island at a reasonable price but if you are happy to catch a bus, head to the lighthouse, if you are a small party, it may work out cheaper. The area and property are safe, quiet and clean. A man with fresh bread comes everyday and make use of the water delivery on Thursdays! It will save carrying water back from the supermarket. There is a small supermarket 5 mins away but i would advise going to the larger one which has a larger and cheaper selection. Fish is outstanding and cheaper than chips! The communal pool is excellent and caters for every age group. If you don't mind a little walking and a fairly quiet evening, you will be very comfortable here although there's enough evening entertainment to keep most adults happy. Oliver is an excellent host, my family and I were not disappointed staying here.

Lovely property and outside spaces with sun all day. I think the best location on the island. Very short walk to Meloneras beach which has lovely restaurants, slightly longer walk to the larger Masplomas beach with more restaurants and shops and the dunes. Oliver very friendly and left a small welcome pack.

Very good apartment in quiet complex with nice pool
The apartment is well looked after and well supplied with every convenience. Location is at the quiet end of the South, opposite the H10 Hotel. The beach, which is fronted by half a dozen restaurants (we recommend Ciao Ciao), is about 5 minutes walk away (downhill going, uphill coming back), but there is also a very nice pool area; although the bar/restaurant there has been closed down, this probably helps keep the area fairly quiet much of the time. About 20 minutes walk away is the Faro (Lighthouse) area, with many restaurants, shops and bars. Away from the beach, about 5-10 minutes walk, is a new, decent sized supermarket offering decently priced food and drink (the wine is especially well-priced). There is a small taxi rank about 200m away if you turn right outside the front gate. The apartment itself is duplex, with a large open living area with kitchen (good size fridge freezer, oven, kettle, coffee machines, toaster, etc.) aircon, satellite TV, good wifi (although the signal gets lost upstairs, it's strong downstairs, including outside), a small utility room and a shower/toilet downstairs. There are also terraces front and back. The front terrace also has a small garden and has both a veranda and a tree giving shade. Upstairs are the master double room with a balcony (faces H10), another satellite TV a large cupboard area and safe, a room with twin beds and a bathroom. There is also aircon here. Everything was in good shape and clean and there were nice touches like a large bottle of water in the fridge and wine, fruit & snacks on the side. There are even beachbags if you didn't bring one of your own. We also found our host, Oliver, very helpful; although thankfully nothing went wrong, we had his mobile number and he also uses Whatsapp and he lives close by. Recommended.

Excellent stay, clean and well maintained apartment.
Landlord waiting of us on arrival to show us around and settle us in. The apartment was clean and very well maintained. We had an excellent stay with a few things we did not expect. Plenty of towels including beach towels and bags. Kitchen had all amenities including Nespresso machine for a good wake up coffee in the mornings. Baker comes along ( to rear gate) every morning about 09.30 so fresh bread and croissants are available to enjoy. Great Seaview from the upstairs balcony. With two terraces, one at the front one at the back you can always be either in the sun or out of it depending on your mood. We had a great stay there, a couple with two teenage daughters. The only minor thing was a lack of English language TV channels if you don't want just News. Oliver who owns the place took that onboard and is I think intending to fix that. I would highly recomend the place, in a quiet area but just a fifteen minute walk to the centre or an E3 cab ride away. Cabs always on the rank just down the road (1 minute walk outside the H10).

Gemütlicher Platz für den Urlaub
Lieber Oliver Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Ihrem Haus. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Sehr gut gefallen haben uns die Terassen , morgens haben wir in der Morgensonne draußen gefrühstückt, abends noch ein Weinchen getrunken. Es war auch sehr ruhig abends und nachts und trotzdem war es zum Essen gehen und zur Promenade nicht weit.. Es war eine sehr schöne Woche, wir haben viel von der Insel gesehen und werden auf jeden Fall wissen wo man gut wohnen kann beim nächsten Ürlaub auf Cran Canaria.

Hemos estado en familia una semana y todo perfecto. Super limpio, de todo tipo de accesorios en cocina y útiles en general, barbacoa, wifi, imageneo, satélite, TV, aires, caja fuerte... Un Jardín privado muy acogedor y una piscina muy grande comunitaria con un buen mantenimiento por el chico que la lleva. Para ir en familia que quiera respeto y convivencia en su descanso vacacional es ideal...

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Sehr freundlicher, stets sehr engagierter Vermieter, zentrale Lage, perfekte Strandnähe. Einrichtung teilweise etwas mitgenommen. Staubsauger und Spülmaschine wären schön. Leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter gehabt. Bei starken Wind nachts doch recht unruhig. Insgesamt aber eine sehr schöne Möglichkeit, die Schönheit der Insel zu entdecken und dabei Privatsphäre und Freiheiten der Selbstversorger zu genießen. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet.
