The room that I stayed in was infested with roaches . When I went to the front desk to ask to switch rooms the person said the best they could do was spray the room with repellent and it didn’t work because there were still roaches popping up everywhere . Absolutely disgusting had to book somewhere else for the last night because I couldn’t stand it anymore.
My two week stay here was perfect. I can’t remember his name, but the evening front desk employee was helpful, professional and always eager to help me. His service was impeccable!
Too warm in elevator, only 1 elevator on 4 floors, dirty in elevator, all vending broken, pet fee was more than room fee, this was not listed on hotels.com, I had to sign 8 forms to check in. Unreasonable.
As I was unloading my belongings to check in this hotel, one of their regular residents told me to be careful with my truck because there are a lot of auto theft taking place there. My truck was broken into within days of my stay and when I reported the missing security camera that should have caught the criminal on video was missing entirely with just two wires sticking out of the wall. Cindy Hernandez, the area manager, retaliated against me when I reported this to her parent company and kicked me out of my hotel room despite having paid for an additional 10 days. Mrs. Hernandez also informed me that I would also not be receiving a refund either because she doesn’t care that I am a disabled registered nurse.
