Please be advised that while Building 3 is equipped with an elevator, it may be unavailable at times. For the most consistent and quickest access, we recommend using the stairs to get to your apartments.

Pet Policy:
All pets must be listed on reservation when booking
•Pet weight limitation was 50lbs!
•Must be housebroken (no puppies!)
•No pets on furniture/beds.
•Please bring your pet's towels (for wiping paws) and their pet bed (and crate if using).
•Not left alone in home or tied up outside (damages inside; barking outside)
•Please pick up all pet poo. If left fines begin at $150 per infraction.
•If you allow visitors - they are not permitted to bring pets
•Fine for for undisclosed/unapproved pets
•Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance.
•There is an extra one time fee per pet per stay (not included in booking total).
The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: • 1-2 nights: $100
• 3-6 nights: $150
• 7-29 nights: $250
• 30+ nights: $300
• 59+ nights $300/month.
There's a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed.
If discovered afterwards, this fee doubles.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please note that this rental is situated in a residential apartment community, and the leasing office staff is not equipped to assist with check-ins.

AC/Heating:
Please do not adjust the thermostat temperature. Kindly inform the host if you need any adjustments. In the event of any damage, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of repairs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Please be aware that we are experiencing very hot heatwaves in San Antonio and our AC units may cut out. For the comfort of our guests we offer back up cooling in the form of portable AC units which can be utilized in case the main HVAC does not work.
Please Note: Our charming property is located near a rail track. Occasionally, trains pass by early in the morning. While some guests find this to be part of the local charm, we want to make sure you're aware in case you're a light sleeper. We provide complimentary earplugs for your convenience and comfort. Thank you for understanding!
Pool Policy:
- Pool is shared with other tenants and guests. Please be respectful and mindful of others at all times.
- Please follow and obey all signs when at the pool.
- Please Obey and follow all Pool opening and Closing times.
- There will be times the pool is unavailable to guests due to cleaning. Please check the swimming schedule before booking.
Be aware that the pool may be closed occasionally for maintenance or seasonal issues at the building's discretion, and it is not heated.
Pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning.
The distance to the pool from the unit is 0.1 miles away or 3 min walk.
Trash Policy:
- Please do NOT leave trash outside the apartment, this will result in a building citation and fine which will be passed on to you.
- Any trash must be brought to the appropriate garbage bins with signs denoted the locations.
- Failure to comply will result in fines up to $250.
Smoking Policy:
There is a no smoking policy with all our units, if at any point we detect smoke, there will be an $1000 fine.
This includes vaping and smoking.
We have smoke detectors on-site.
Exterior Camera:
We have an exterior camera mounted on the front door frame for security and liability reasons.
Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
Deep Cleaning Fee:
If there is excessive cleaning that is above what is normally covered in our cleaning fee, the guest will be charged a Deep Clean fee of $500. Examples in which Deep Clean fees will be levied includes pet hairs on the furniture (please read our pet policy), trash left for the cleaners to pick up around the apartment, stains on furniture, etc.
Noise Policy:
As this is a residential community, quiet times begin at 10:00PM and end at 7:00AM. Please respect your neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum. Sound sensors are installed in the unit and though we do not record conversations, we do monitor noise levels.
