It was convenient for our trip. The room had no trash cans, sheets were dirty, no coffee maker and bathtub faucet was leaking. I wish I would be entitled to a refund or discount for this stay. Family was disappointed

The first room we were in had glass all over the floor. There were screws on the ground, and the phone didn’t work. The walls had several holes and looked as if they took something off the wall and left the screws and broken glass on the ground. After being asked to switch rooms, the second room had holes all over the wall; one of them big enough to fit a fist through & it was covered with a small piece of cardboard. The phone didn’t work, the wallpaper was barely hanging on, there were stains on the sink, They were stains on the floor and it was, sticky, and unlevel. So, we tripped on the carpet several times. The pictures on the wall, we’re also barely hanging on and we’re cracked and missing parts of the frame. The towels were also stained. Will not be staying there again.

Rooms look like they were touched up by an unprofessional, and the property looks like it's pending a renovation or at least a little TLC to the areas. A lot of outlets not working, or the available ice machines. Visible roaches around the building and in the rooms. If they were dead then you can tell they're spraying for pests, but doesn't look too maintained.

Terrible experiencia, desde el check in ya que el empleado de noche Davon moos dejo esperando 10 minutos porque estaba atendiendo una llamada desde su celular. Nos informó que no había WiFi en donde al preguntar si había algo que pudiéramos hacer como un cambio de habitación su contestación fue “no es mi problema”. El hotel está sumamente descuidado ya que mientras nos dirigíamos a nuestra habitación vimos al menos 3 más con vidrios quebrados. Al llegar a la habitación si bien se veía limpia, las sábanas estaban manchadas y el baño sin funcionar. No pasé ni una sola noche ya que por obvias razones preferí buscar otro hotel.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Extremely dirty, old, run down. Moldy, third world like. Broken boarded up windows, roaches, tv didn’t work and wasn’t fixed after being reported. Pool closed down

The experience and customer service left a sour taste. We tried resolving the issue but the service rep was just as bad as the room. For it being an executive suite it was worse than subpar. Room wasn’t painted right, the carpet was all sorts of nasty. We let my nephew play around on the ground and his legs and hands turned black on how dirty the floor was within 2 minutes of just crawling around. The sink wasn’t cleaned the fridge had live cockroaches. This room was infested with roaches. When we asked for supplies to clean ourselves we were told they couldn’t because of a law. Okay. However when I asked to see if they could come clean this African American man just shrugged and said we would have to come back in the morning. This was only 1 of many bad encounters throughout our stay. Won’t ever be coming back to this place. My family have used these hotels for years without a problem. Was always met with great customer service. This place worst and a really turn table. Never will use this facility again.
