On the site it said 20.00 a night per pet. That was not the case. The lady at the front desk would not honor what was on the site. Charged her own price, asked for it in cash, and no receipt.

Well they day i checked in,I asked the manager was this abhigh crime area due tonthe fact a fence surrounded rhe properties, she said No i also informed her that the room was for me and my son, and idk when he be stopping by, because i will be at the hospital, so i Rented the room for 3 nights, but I was in the hospital, the first night and my son didn't arrive until the second night only to be greeted by the manager in such a rude way, talking about 3 people in the room. There wasn't 3 people room, noting that I was in the hospital. It was my son and his ride that was dropping him off there and she went. She went crazy on him and started harassing him. So when all was set and done, she gave him a key. He went up into the row, then her and her husband came up there while I was at the hospital getting calls from expedia.com. Talking to a lady that I could not understand what she was saying. I said I don't understand what you're saying. I need to speak to someone who speaks better. English and eventually at the hotel. The woman kicked my son out for no reason. None I don't recommend anybody going there. There's prostitutes. Homeless. That surround that place and it doesn't look like the safest of neighborhoods and the fact that Expedia. Kept calling me when I informed her. I was in the hospital and kept in calling me and calling me is a disrespect on your company's behalf

What I Did In My Summer Vacation
I secured a reservation for 2 nights. It was Pride in San Antonio. This inn was only 3 blocks away from the festivities at Crockett Park. Across the street is a Luby's Cafeteria, which is a big plus. It's also very close to I-35. I had a room on the 2nd floor. The room is basic and comfortable. The towels are industry standard, so if you prefer softer towels...you need to take your own. The bed is fairly tall. My feet didn't touch the floor. I personally sleep better with soft pillows. The room's pillows are kind of sturdy. They would be ok for most people. The wi-fi worked pretty well. I liked the showerhead, plus the warm water was invigorating. There's a mini fridge and microwave, which is very handy. Apparently, the motel seemed to be totally booked, as there weren't any extra parkign spaces to spare. The receptionist was very nice.

The staff are nice. The picture of the room is different from the actual room. It doesn’t look like that comfort, but it is bigger than the picture shows. Also, I am not sure how hard they are doing the cleaning, but there is a cockroach in the bathroom. Overall, if you have a business trip nearby, it is a nice place for people who stay for a bit. If I revisit San Antonio again, I would rather pay more to stay in another location.

Newly renovated, this property is ideally located and at a great price. The owner couple are lovely and very interested in making your stay the best possible. Parking is included which adds to the value. I would definitely stay there again.

The owners were very accommodating after a very long drive to get there. The room and staff were amazing from the point of checking in till the point of checkout. Thank you again for the stay and I will recommend people in the future.
