Me, my husband, my mom and a friend stayed at the hotel for one night. It was great! The room was spacious and nice, the beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff was also incredible. Check-in was smooth and easy, and check-out took only a minute. The hotel is located right by the River Walk so it was so easy to get anywhere from it. We all enjoyed our stay.

Room was old looking a very plain. Poorly decorated. Didn’t feel clean. . Just blinds on the windows, not curtains to give some degree of privacy from the rooms across the courtyard. Limited information given at check in for available amenities on property. Housekeeping was good and attentive

The entire property itself was very nice, I had a room with a view of the river. There were nice amenities and things to do in the lobby and the cafe, though you had to pay for it, had a wonderful breakfast and was very easy to order from. The only downfall to my stay was being charged an extra $100 for no apparent reason but when the issue was brought to the front desk, it was handled immediately with poise and grace.

A good photographer

The building is being renovated i hope. The pictures online were done by a wizard apparently. Bathroom was small and nasty. Bed wasnt attached to anything and slid around on the floor. Room was paint, but it was done cheaply, baseboards were peeling or the paint had already come off. All vent were completely filthy. The only reason i didnt ask for a room change is because we spent so little time in it. Was an old run down motel that is being flipped im assuming. Lobby was nice,but parking was 40 bucks a night. There is street parking next door for half the price....i have pics but the site will not load them.
