Location, Location, Location!
This is definitely a older hotel which showed in some aspects of the room. It was clean and the location was excellent. The riverwalk was just across the street and we could see the river from our hotel window. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very well located, the Staff was friendly but not beyond exceptional. The bathroom in the room was very small, the extractor fan never worked even though it was notified. The air in the room the first night didn't help much and the bed is horrible to sleep on, very uncomfortable mattress. When you check in there is no more explanatory service unless you ask. All in all it was a safe place but not a place I would want to return to. For a small, historic hotel my expectations were not met.

I was shocked that there were no clothing dressers in my room. No microwave or safe for valuables. I had to ask for tissues bc the box in bathroom was empty when i checked in. The hallways were very eerie due to poor lighting and not the cleanest. No housekeeping done. For 200 plus a night, should have been better all around.. I can go on but I'll end by saying that we stayed here because of good reviews. I wonder if it was just bad luck? Next time staying elsewhere.

Don’t matter how early you book a room happening
I made my reservations 9 months before the trip and was disappointed because I paid for 2 balcony rooms close to each other and even called 2 days before the trip to let them know that we would be arriving late so our reservations would be held the desk acted like they didn’t care. When we arrived we got 2 rooms separate floors and definitely not with the balcony I paid for. We not be staying at your hotel again. Only bright spot for us was Necolette in the restaurant.
