Great location and amenities
The property was very clean and had just what you need to feel at home. Having a washer/dryer, pots & pans, dishes, etc. made it easy take care of necessities. Close to Fiesta Texas and Sea World, shopping at La Canterra and lots of restaurants!

Great rental in a great location! The apartment was extremely clean and met our needs perfectly for 2 adults and 2 kids. Plus, the property manager and front desk were easy to get ahold of.

Perfect roommate setup!
I needed a property for two adult women that was closely located to the Rim area in San Antonio for a family celebration. This property met my needs perfectly! I love the roommate plan with two queen beds that each had an en-suite! Complete with washer dryer and a perfect community space in between! I also really felt safe with the gated parking option with enough spots to park close to the elevators. They also even provide luggage carts to make carting your belongings upstairs. This helped a lot! I appreciate the price, location and ease of check in. I checked many places and this condo was slightly below market rate or definitely comparable, which even made it more perfect!! Our host Rachel made this rental a breeze from start to finish! It was quiet and perfectly located with access to the Rim on one side and 1604 on the other. I will definitely consider staying here again and again! Thank you Rachel for making this rental available!
