When booking on Expedia I choose to pay at the property and upon arrival on 10/11/2024 the lady working the front desk simply charged the card I used to hold the reservation. when I told her I did not wish to use that card because it was my business card and not my person she simply said it was already. Once I got to my room I noticed the toilet was not flushing so I went down and told the same girl at the front desk and she said someone will look at it in the morning. So the entire first day if any member of my family had to go to the restroom we had to go down stairs and use the one in the hotel lobby. I had to go to three different floors to get Ice because only 1 ice machine works. The next morning a lady came and put drano in my toilet and it flushed 1 time. My family and I left for six flags for their birthdays. We returned to our room in the afternoon and our toilet was not working again. Once again I went down to the front desk and told the lady it was not working and once again I was told someone will come and look at it in the morning. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one will be here in the morning. For the second night my family and I had to go down stairs use the restroom. The next morning when I was checking out I talked to the manager and told him of the issue and he offered to refund me 1 night. instead he charged me another night and refunded that.
