The staff was not willing to help, we forgot basic things like lotion and toothpaste and the hotel did not provide those items nor did I have the option to buy cause the “store” looked like it hadn’t been stocked in years. I was there for a sporting event and usually carry reusable ice packets— other Hilton properties will accommodate my request and freeze them overnight for us without question, this hotel claimed they didn’t have a freezer which was clearly a lie cause we saw it in their pantry. The microwave in the lobby was not the best and the rooms do not have microwaves. The smoke detector in the hallway was also beeping, the staff just removed it instead of adding a battery. Overall these things could’ve been overlooked if the staff was a little more empathic. The room itself was comfortable, the bed was comfy, the restroom was alright— no counter space and the tub had wear and tear. The AC cooled just fine.

Elevator and surrounding rooms are hot, no AC. Carpet was dirty and worn. No toilet paper holder. TV was broken. Everything reeks of smoke. Breakfast was sub-par very little selection. No water available for guests. No ice bucket.

When we walked out in the morning, a bunch of cars’ windows had been broken. One right in front of the entrance. Staff said the heard nothing. Not nice to have to road trip back home with no window.

There was a foul awful smell that filled the entire lobby area it was horrible it was obvious that someone behind the check in desk was cooking something that was so pungent you had to hold your nose as you crossed through the lobby I do not recommend staying there The smell actually attached itself to my t- shirt Omg run away from this place

Everything exceeded my expectations. Place was very clean, fresh, staff was great, checkin in was easy. They even turned the tv on and a welcome message was on the screen, with my name on it!! Who does that?! Loved it!! Absolutely recommend the place. Stayed with my two kids.
