No trash bags in trash cans in room. Took for ever to get toilet paper. Bathroom floors had hair pu—- hair. They charged us room service never ordered it. And no spoons for the ice cream machine. Never told us we had to use our room card in the elevator to go to our room. The windows were dirty and there were dirty tissues on the floor by the elevator and never picked up for five days. Never will go back DIRTY

The hallway and room had a bad smell. The carpets were dirty the shower was dirty, the A/C barely worked. The bed was worn out and uncomfortable. The breakfast was terrible! The sidewalks are all uneven and the parking lot has lots of pot holes. Definitely recommend staying somewhere else!

I had a horrible experience staying at this hotel one night 12-21-2024 confirmation # 86503232 The first weird thing before I even got to my room was the charge of $10 for parking. Then I got to my room and had trouble with the internet. I was supposed to have an account. That whole system was not working. I tried to ring "Front Desk" and "Guest Services" from the room phone and all I got was a busy signal all night. I finally went down to the front desk and got it sorted out. I went to take a shower the next morning (Sunday 22nd) and was completely disgusted. It had not been cleaned and looked like blood all over it see pics. I packed my stuff (without shower) and left. I will never stay there again. I have stayed at that hotel many times over the years and so have my guests from out of town with no problems.
