Awesome Thanksgiving week stay! We will be back!!
We had a great stay at the Omni. Service was on point, our room was absolutely stunning, and the beds were so comfortable. Our kids got to enjoy the pool and we took advantage of being right on the river and near all of the tourist attractions. We also were thrilled to be in a hotel where noise wasn’t an issue. The rooms are well insulated, which made for a great nights sleep. We will definitely return the next time we’re in San Antonio.

Loved the old feel of the place. Was right on the riverwalk, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely be back. The only negative I have, is the water pressure in the showers wasn’t great, but definitely not a deal breaker…

i would caution other visitors to be wary of what you’re being charged for. When checking out I found i was charged for two nights of valet parking. i took a Lyft to get to the hotel and took a Lyft to leave. theres an online process to check out but i prefer in person can go over items in person

We had the best service and staff were so welcoming. The rooms were well stocked and clean. The convenience to all the city had to offer was a bonus if you didn’t mind a little bit of walking. Overall I’d stay here again.

We booked a Delux 2 Queen room with riverwalk view. We were put in a room with two double beds and no view. I asked the front desk for assistance. I waited a long time and the call was dropped. I called back and found someone to help us out. We were moved to an accessible room with 2 queens on a lower level. I was advised they had a glitch in their system and inventory was off. There was follow up on the next day, but I don’t feel like much effort was made to fix the issue. Instead of trying to improve the situation, it felt like we were downgraded. This property is rated 9.2 out of 10, so I went in with high expectations. Our beds were made with the mattress not fully covered. I’m not sure what that was about but the second day it was resolved. Overall- The beds were comfortable but the room was too small for four people and the service was in no way deserving of a Wonderful rating. There are so many hotels in the area, not sure I would recommend this property if you’re looking for a top property.
