With a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, grill & amazing backyard, spacious layout – this retreat provides the ultimate hill country, dog-friendly getaway while still being close to the action!

This family-friendly home features an open floor plan that allows guests to spread out and enjoy multiple seating areas and activities. It is located in a quiet, gated neighborhood in Fair Oaks Ranch - between the popular Fiesta Texas / La Cantera shopping area and the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

The main living area features a comfy leather sectional with a lounger and built-in recliner, and an additional leather recliner – providing the perfect view of the 55” 4K Smart TV. All of the TVs in the house have YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Beachbody on Demand running on them.

The living room, kitchen, and two dining areas flow seamlessly together. The kitchen and dining room each provide seating for 8. Your family will enjoy plenty of seating and a fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, a gas cooktop, and plenty of dishes. In addition to stone and glassware, the home is stocked with patio-friendly dishes. Please only use plastic dishes outside.

Step into the beautifully manicured, private backyard and enjoy the 6-person, 45-jet hot tub, grill, and plenty of outdoor seating. Seating includes patio chairs and a patio table with seating for 4. Plush pool towels, patio-friendly dishes, propane, and grilling tools are provided. A full bath is conveniently located just down the hall. The property is pet friendly and provides plenty of fenced-in yard for your furry family members. Smoking is not allowed on the property.

The stately, primary master bedroom is downstairs featuring a King Bed. This oversized room features soaring ceilings with a ceiling fan, blinds, black-out curtains, and seating. This grand suite features a 55” 4K Smart TV and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The bathroom retreat features an oversized, soaking tub with bath salts, a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet. Hangers, a towel rack, an iron, an ironing board, a laundry basket, and a luggage rack are provided.

Downstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms and a full bath. The "queen" bedroom and "kids" room.

Upstairs and apart from the other bedrooms is an additional bedroom with a king bed and an adjacent bathroom.

All the bedrooms feature a 4K HD TV, an Amazon Alexa, a USB charging-enabled clock, ceiling fans, reading lights, extra blankets, and black-out curtains with blinds. All bathrooms have extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face wipes.

The game room is located upstairs and features another comfy sofa and game table. But the best part of this room are the Arcade Pac Man and Frogger Machines, foosball table, board games, and another fully set up 55” 4K Smart TV. The game room is the perfect spot for kids to retreat to and watch their favorite show, while still being close to the rest of the family.

High ceilings, crown molding, and art add designer details throughout the house.

Lightning-fast internet plus a dedicated, private workspace provides the perfect place to work from home if needed.

For your furry family members, we allow up to 2 small - medium sized dogs. A dog bed, bowl, and crate are provided. They must be fully house trained and under 50 pounds. There is a small pet fee of $200 to cover the extra cleaning. Pets are required to be crated when you are not home.

Two pac n plays and two high chairs are available upon request.

Community pool and playground are not available for use and are for long term (6 months or longer) tenants only.
