When I arrived the water in the bath room was cool. I had to call them and tell them about the problem. They did come and fix the problem within an hour. I will stay there again.

I don’t think la Quinta has VIP Bad odors,stain mattresses, towels with hair, the staff in front and cafeteria with no manners, elevator dirty, when make the reservation I check the starts and honestly is overrated so, never again we stay there!

Sleep study center or hotel?
The hotel front desk employees were very helpful and efficient. The hotel room was really bad, carpet was not vacuumed after some plaster repair. Debris all over the floor. I didn’t take a shower because the shower/tub had a shower Matt and was dirty and the water pressure was inconsistent and would have bursts of air every few seconds. The parking was terrible , a sleep study center is part of the hotel and the closest parking was reserved for the sleep study. The pictures of the hotel couldn’t be farther from reality. The price was good though, I guess you get what you pay for.

Have stayed here iften. Comfortable rooms decent hot breakfast. Great rates, paid average of 75 a nighg for a weekend stay. Almost unheard of in San Antonio.

Check in was fast and easy. The suite was not too fancy but the bed was comfortable. We asked for an extra blanket for the pull out couch for our daughter and the receptionist said they were fully booked and did not have enough blankets for all 160 rooms. The breakfast was great. Overall, the stay was okay for one night. We were just passing by and it was a last minute booking so we were greatful there was a room still available.
