Booked my stay at this hotel based on positive online reviews and the star recommendation. Unfortunately things started to go downhill after we checked in: Pack n play for our infant was received soiled and without any attachments. Went to the lobby bathroom to change the diaper on the baby and noticed there is no changing table in either men's room or women's room. Upon reaching our room first thing we realize is there is a strong smell of mold and humidity The carpets were slightly damp, This resulted with everyone who stayed in the room coming home with a sinus infection. Also noted that the room had to be childproofed because many sections of the moldings on the walls were loose and hanging down. I will speak highly to the complimentary breakfast being hot and fresh and also the mattress and bed sheets amazing sleep I woke up rested and no back pain.

The smell of the hotel was terrible I left something in the room and some one stole it no one has yet to call me back the fridge didn’t get cold there was stains on the sheets the breakfast is not worth it I had a suite and it was not worth it at all

Bad experience never come back.. First when we arrive the tv is not working I reported to front desk and they ask me how many night I’m going to stay. After that I ask for bath towel and they tell me it was no clean I walk away to get elevator and I was a staff taking hundreds of shower towel taking to the staff room.

The area there was easily accessible to a great restaurant named Mamasita's. The hotel was well secured. I liked the breakfast. The parking was ok but full when the hotel was full it was hard to find a parking space.

Overall good for families. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly. Hotel was not a modern La Quinta. Breakfast sucked compared to other La Quintas we’ve stayed at.
